Estimates, not veterinary advice

Dog Pregnancy Calculator provides estimated dates based on average canine gestation (about 63 days from ovulation) for planning and education only. The calculators do date arithmetic from the dates you enter. They do not confirm pregnancy, diagnose any condition, count puppies, or guarantee any outcome, and they are not a substitute for veterinary care. Always confirm your dog's pregnancy and due window with your veterinarian, and contact a veterinarian promptly in any situation described in our when-to-call-the-vet guidance.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep every fact on this site aligned with standard veterinary references, and we correct errors when they are reported. Even so, we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or right for your individual dog. Every pregnancy is different; your veterinarian's judgment about your dog outranks anything on this site.

Acceptable use

The site, its calculators and its printable chart are free for personal use. You may print the week-by-week chart for your own use and share links to any page. You may not republish the site's content in bulk, scrape it to build a competing copy, or misrepresent the estimates as veterinary certification.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the estimates or guidance on this site. If something about your dog worries you, the right action is always a veterinarian, not a website.
